CFOCM USA–Africa Multi-Service Drop-In Center
Center Fellowship of Christ Ministries USA–Africa (CFOCM USA–Africa) is preparing to launch a Multi-Service Drop-In Center in Camden, New Jersey — a safe, compassionate space designed to meet the urgent needs of individuals who are downtrodden, underserved, and struggling to regain stability. Camden remains one of the most economically challenged areas in New Jersey, with many residents facing food insecurity, housing instability, unemployment, and emotional hardship.
The CFOCM USA–Africa Multi-Service Drop-In Center will serve young adults (18+), adults, and seniors by offering essential support such as food assistance, hygiene and clothing essentials, resource navigation, prayer and encouragement, life-skills coaching, computer access, digital literacy, and job readiness support.
We aim to provide hope, dignity, and stability for those who are unhoused, unemployed, returning citizens, struggling young adults, seniors in crisis, and families in transition
Your support helps us move through our four-phase plan:
Phase 1 — Planning & Preparation
Location review, operational planning, intake/safety procedures, and community partnerships.
Phase 2 — Furnishings & Equipment
Shelving, storage, refrigeration, seating, desks, and essential setup materials.
Phase 3 — Skills & Computer Station Setup
Digital literacy tools, computer workstations, job readiness support, and resource navigation.
Phase 4 — Opening Day Readiness
Final setup, volunteer training, first-month supplies, and community outreach for launch.
Our heart is to provide hope, stability, and dignity to individuals walking through difficult seasons of life — whether they are unhoused, unemployed, returning citizens, struggling young adults, seniors in crisis, or families in transition.
Your support will help us establish this center step-by-step through the four phases shown above.
