The Well’s mission is to create a safe place of belonging where women find support, encouragement, and resources- all while their children grow alongside them a window away. The Well provides co-working space with childcare, special events, workshops, classes, kids’ programming, and service projects for families. Their desire is to be able to offer these amazing programs to all women, no matter their level of income.

Because of this dream, The Well depends on the donations to help support the women and children they desperately want to extend services to. They are also trying to keep costs affordable because one of the largest hurdles in this world is the exploding cost of childcare. Women are exiting the workforce in record number, and we believe The Well is the answer to this nationwide crisis.
