Evaluation Fee

A space has become available for your child to begin therapeutic riding lessons in the upcoming session. This availability is based on the schedule you provided in your original interest form. If your availability has changed significantly, please let us know as soon as possible so we can determine whether this opening is still a good fit.

As part of the next step, we require a riding evaluation to ensure appropriate placement for your child. Due to a high number of repeated cancellations and no-shows, we are now implementing a $25 evaluation fee. This fee helps cover the time and resources required to schedule and conduct each evaluation and ensures that available lesson slots can be offered efficiently to those who are ready to begin services.

There are no refunds for this fee and should you fail to show up for your appointed evaluation time or do not provide 8 hours prior notice to reschedule, we may require you to pay an additional fee to reschedule.  We appreciate your understanding as we work to accommodate the many individuals waiting for services.
