Every day, families in Vance County face tough decisions—many want to do the right thing for their pets, but the rising costs of veterinary care put critical spay/neuter services out of reach. When pets can’t be spayed or neutered, litters multiply, shelter intake rises, and more animals end up in crisis.
Our Spay/Neuter Voucher Program has been a lifeline—helping local families access affordable surgeries that prevent unwanted litters, reduce shelter overcrowding, and create healthier, happier lives for pets and their people.
But grant funds only take us so far. To keep this vital program going, we must raise additional funding.
$100 helps spay/neuter a cat
$200 helps spay/neuter a dog
Every surgery prevents dozens of unwanted pets
Every dollar reduces shelter strain and saves lives
Every contribution supports families who want to keep their pets healthy and at home
By giving today, you're not just donating.
You are helping turn off the tap of unchecked overpopulation, reducing euthanasia risk, supporting responsible pet ownership,
and strengthening the bond between pets and their families.
The need is growing. The demand is real.
Please join us in making sure Vance County pet owners can get access to affordable spay/neuter services.
Donate today. Help us continue this life-changing work.
This program would not be possible without the incredible support of the local veterinary community, who consistently step up to help our voucher recipients. They work us in quickly, schedule surgeries promptly, treat each animal with compassion, and make affordable care accessible. Their partnership strengthens this program and directly saves lives.
To our veterinary partners—thank you for standing with us and supporting the pets of Vance County.
Your dedication makes all the difference.
