For the past five years I have had the privileges of leading Children's Literacy Initiative Financial and Talent Strategies as the CFO and now COO. CLI is a national non-profit working primarily with Pre-K through 8th Grade teachers and school leaders to amplify literacy outcomes for children. Our mission as an anti-racist early literacy organization is to normalize anti-racist pedagogy through high-quality literacy coaching for teachers and school leaders.
