PV Palooza 2025 - Business Sponsorship

BUSINESS SPONSORSHIP OF PV PALOOZA AND THE PV SUMMER CONCERT SERIES

The fourth-annual PV Palooza will take place Saturday May 31st, 2025, at the Portola Valley Town Center.  The event features 21 talented local bands on three stages, plus smaller performances, including kids bands, on a separate spotlight stage.  Local arts & crafts vendors, kids activities, local wine & beer and food trucks will be on site to complete the experience. The all-day music festival will run from 10:30 AM to 8:30 PM at the Portola Valley Town Center.

The 15th annual Portola Valley Summer Concert Series is three fantastic concerts on Thursday nights from 5:30 PM to 8:00 PM, right after the PV Farmers' Market at the Portola Valley Town Center:

• Ol'man Brothers Band -  August 7, 2025
• Ginger Molasses -  September 7, 2025

Both PV Palooza and the PV Summer Concert Series are organized by PV Palooza Foundation, a non-profit 501(c)(3) corporation.

PV Palooza and the PV Summer Concert Series are funded thanks to the generosity of the local community, including sponsorships from local businesses / organizations and individual donors. Funding is collected by PV Palooza Foundation, and used to cover the costs of the events, including payments to musicians, live sound engineers, stage managers, rental of stage, equipment, backline instruments, promotion and marketing, licensing, permits, insurance, security, etc. Transparency is ensured since each donor / sponsor can request a copy of the full ledger at the end of the year including funds raised and expeditures.

BUSINESS SPONSORSHIP PACKAGES - ALL DONATIONS TAX DEDUCTIBLE

• Silver Sponsorship Package: $999 for PV Palooza, or $1299 for PV Palooza + PV Summer Concert Series
  Business name listed on posters, event banners, stage banners, emails and website
• Gold Sponsorship Package: $1999 for PV Palooza, or $2499 for PV Palooza + PV Summer Concert Series
  Logo on posters, event banners, stage banners, stages, emails and website
  + Sponsor a PV Palooza band (announcement during band's performance at PV Palooza only)
• Platinum Sponsorship Package: $2999 for PV Palooza, or $3749 for PV Palooza + PV Summer Concert Series
  Same as Gold, but with larger logo and 2 band sponsorships and band thank you announcements during the Summer Concert Series
  + Physical presence at the event(s) (table top, small booth, small stand)

Upon submitting your sponsorship, you will automatically receive the information that you can forward to your tax preparer for your tax deduction.
