Since 2014 the Thomas X and George W. Smith Family Foundation has provided 74 scholarships amounting to $40,500 to deserving family members.  Our 2025 Scholarship came to a close on June 30th and as a result of generous donations we were able to award five $500 scholarships and one $1,000 scholarship.  It is our plan to award two $1,000 scholarships this year.  One will be given in honor and memory of Steven R. Smith and the other in the honor and memory of Keith Poelman.  Both of these great men served for several years on our Executive Board.  Thanks to those who have already donated making these scholarships possible.  In addition we plan to award two  $500 scholarships to deserving family members.   Our 2026 Scholarship programs start April 1 and end on June 30, 2026.  Your tax deductible donation in any amount with help us achieve this goal.
