The Miss Washington Volunteer Organization is a preliminary to Miss Volunteer America and Miss Teen Volunteer America. Miss Volunteer America is nationwide, service-oriented scholarship program based in Tennessee that seeks to empower young women across the country through educational scholarship and extraordinary opportunities.
