Our keynote speaker this year is Judge Karen Mills-Francis, syndicated television star and twice elected Miami-Dade County judge. She became a foster mom at the age of 27 and frequently advocates for the needs of children in the Child Welfare system. Blending her personal experience and professional insight, Judge Karen will share important information relevant to everyone whose work impacts the lives of our most vulnerable citizens- the children.
