Invasive plants along the banks of the Verde River once threatened to choke its precious waters completely. The small desert river was subjected to a battle it could not overcome. Today, thanks to you, we have removed invasive plants from over 9,000 acres of riverside lands. Support from people like you made it possible to keep the river flowing. Help us make more room for important native Cottonwoods and willow trees and native animals like river otters and Great Blue Herons. Every good deed adds up!
