Lewis Duffie and Josiah built Each1Teach1 Tech and EdTech non-profit (501(c) 3 private charity to provide the tools and resources needed by the underserved communities to remain gainfully employed in STEM especially Cybersecurity and AI.

We collected data on the need in these communities interviewed many students with all kinds of degrees, certification and diplomas including Masters' degree with not job in the IT field.

It was heart breaking to us that they are not getting the jobs because they cannot scale the interviews since managers are looking for those who can do the job on the first day at work.

We noted that many in the communities we serve are spending so much on videos and certifications which we believe are necessary, BUT MOSTLY not relatable to Cybersecurity security operation center (SOC) level I/II on-the-job training. -This is the usual lowest barrier to entry point for cybersecurity entrants💯

The biggest challenge is not just lacking the knowledge. We find that putting the knowledge into practical use prepares the individual learner into action with less hassles. This is where Each1Teach1 Tech comes in, with the on-the-job training (OJT) and apprenticeship style program.

They are doing the job functions right there; therefore, they don't think hard about anything: Almost effortlessly they are accomplishing the task just like tying ones show lace.

This is the result of on-the-job training (OJT) in a production security operation center (SOC) environment. more so not having the job relate experience found in apprenticeship, mentorship, and team of resources to rely on. Support our cause and donate. Sponsorship is what we really anticipate so that we can fulfill our annual dues. It is a part of our mission to graduate 60 learners by the end of 31st, December 2024 and place them in the industry.
