This Earth Day, Waste Free Society is raising funds to sponsor one local business to receive free-to-them composting consulting and food waste pickup. We believe that small businesses should not have to shoulder the burden of additional costs in order to be able to do something good for their local community and food system- diverting their landfill waste.

Our goal is to raise $4,800, which will sponsor the consulting and compostables pickup for one local business for one year. We will use additional funds from this fundraiser to sponsor this same business for additional months and years. Through our Waste Free Certification program, food and compostable packaging 'waste' will be turned into soil, which goes directly back to our community gardens.
