Fundraiser for Charlotte’s Spay 🐷💗

Charlotte is approximately 5 years old and came to us after her family was facing the heartbreaking loss of their housing. Since arriving, she’s been working hard on her health journey — she came to us obese, and since July she has been steadily losing weight and doing great.

Now that she’s healthier, it’s time for the next crucial step: Charlotte needs to be spayed.

Being that Charlotte is still intact, she’s struggling with severe heat-related behaviors, including biting, mounting, and chasing. These behaviors have become overwhelming and unsafe for her foster mama, and they’re incredibly stressful for Charlotte as well. This isn’t bad behavior — it’s hormones.

Spaying Charlotte will:

    •    Relieve her from constant hormonal stress

    •    Dramatically reduce aggressive heat behaviors

    •    Improve her quality of life

    •    Help her remain safely in foster care
