That’s why our Early Childhood Program empowers local women—Tijonels—to guide parents in their own communities through the most important years of a child’s life: ages 0 to 6. These trained volunteers bring life-changing support directly to mothers, helping them foster the motor, cognitive, and language skills their children need to succeed.
