WHAT WE DO
Since its inception in 2016, Future Flight Crew has graduated over 190 students and continues to grow to meet the evolving demands of the air medical industry. FFC prepares qualified nurses and paramedics with the knowledge, skills, and confidence needed for critical care transport. Our success-driven curriculum, developed by current flight nurses and paramedics, includes: Guided learning activities to build critical knowledge and skills. Clinical ride-along experiences for real-world exposure. Mentoring from experienced professionals in the field. In-person group learning activities to foster collaboration and teamwork. Students are thoroughly prepared to succeed in rigorous program orientations and onboarding processes. Our 2026 cohort is already underway, taking the next steps toward careers in flight medicine.
