Eclectic Box is focused on bringing stories to the stage that you won't find anywhere else. Our goal is to showcase new sides of theater and introduce as many people as possible to the magic of live performances. Whether it's a reimagining of a classic movie, improv and sketch comedy, or original works you've got to see to believe, Eclectic Box is ready to present all of it. Live theater is a staple in San Francisco and we want to not only keep it going but bring it to another level. We're here to be the new home to the dreamers of dreams, an inclusive space for creativity, the wild artistic pulse that has drawn so many bright lights to our technicolor city. Eclectic Box is continuing the San Francisco tradition of giving a place for the off-beat among us to see visions come to life.

Our venue is a 70 seat performance space. We will be making considerable changes and improvements prior to our official re-opening as a rental house in 2024. These include: purchasing and installating a brand new sound system and new lighting system. Resigning of the lobby, tech booth and dressing room. Creating new box office and an additional dressing room on second floor. Purchase 70 theatre seats. Installing new carpeting. Repainting exterior facade. Repainting lobby, theatre, hallway, restrooms, second floor studio space and office.
