Annually, Better Brothers LA hosts an evening of giving and fellowship where the LGBTQ+ Community and its allies gather for a progressive cocktail and dinner party at private residences in Baldwin Hills, Ladera Heights, or Historic View Park. This intimate gathering is a wonderful combination of celebration and giving back. Curated by the wonderful sounds of guest DJ, the event will feature wonderful bites, crafted cocktails, and a three-course meal of culinary delights, created by Chef Bly of Specialty Events & Catering.

Proceeds from the dinner benefit the Better Brothers LA Scholarship Fund. The Fund provides scholarships to LGBTQ+ students to support their educational and vocational goals. Over the last 10 years, BBLA has awarded over $300,000 in scholarships.

Better Brothers Los Angeles (BBLA) is a 501(c)(3) organization that educates, inspires and connects the Black LGBTQ+ community in Southern California and across the country. BBLA’s year round social, educational and overall affirming programming is anchored by the Truth Awards ceremony, an annual recognition and celebration of the Black LGBTQ+ community and its allies.
