Sponsorship Level Descriptions

Embrace Emily is a local nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting individuals in the Chicagoland area facing cancer diagnoses and the many challenges that come with them. Since becoming an official 501(c)(3) in April 2018, we’ve proudly distributed over $80,000 in grants and helped fund programs that provide meaningful support to those navigating treatment and recovery.

We invite you to be part of our mission by sponsoring one or more of our community-centered events. From our largest annual celebration, Brews & Jams, a day of live music, raffles, and connection, to our twice-yearly BINGO nights, our grant recipient luncheon, and other smaller gatherings throughout the year, your sponsorship helps us continue to uplift and empower those in need.

Sponsorship levels are flexible and can cover individual events or support our full calendar of programming. Each level offers unique recognition opportunities and the chance to make a lasting impact in the lives of local families.

The Legacy		Honors Emily’s enduring impact. Supports ALL events throughout the year with premier recognition. Includes everything from The Heart level (at all events) Premier recognition on a dedicated Legacy Sponsor banner displayed at every Embrace Emily event for one year from the start of sponsorship
The Heart		Represents the emotional core of Embrace Emily. Supports TWO major events with prominent branding. Includes everything from The Maker level (at two events) BINGO Round Sponsor: your logo featured on-screen during a round, plus a shout-out from our announcer Want to be there in person? This level includes an optional table at one event, giving your team the chance to connect directly with guests and share what you do best
The Maker		Celebrates Emily’s creativity and entrepreneurial spirit. Sponsors our sweet yearly swag! Includes everything from The Friend level Logo printed on our annual, custom-designed Embrace Emily shirts
The Friend		Captures Emily’s spirit of connection. Supports ONE major event and community spotlight. Logo and name placement on event signage at sponsored event Social media shout-outs during the event’s promotional period (up to one month before) Shout-out from our Brews & Jams stage Option to send us anything you’d love guests to see - flyers, cards, or small giveaways - and we’ll make sure they’re on display at one event
