Welcome to the fundraising platform for the Johns Hopkins University research staff unionization campaign, bringing together laboratory and research program employees under the banner of Research and Lab Labor Empowered (RALLE-UE).

As an affiliate of United Electrical, Radio, and Machine Workers of America (UE), RALLE-UE will negotiate with the Hopkins administration to secure compensation, benefits, and grievance redress procedures that pay respect to the contributions and needs of research staff. Improvements in these areas will also address the disparities between working conditions at Hopkins and other Baltimore academic institutions.

Your donation will directly support the outreach efforts of the RALLE-UE campaign as we work to connect research staff across the Hopkins campuses and realize our collective strength.
