Please join us for the debut of the Moments Matter Choir Concert. After weeks of rehearsal the Moments Matter Choir will bring joy to your heart. This unique choir made up of people living with dementia and their families will inspire you, captivate, and have you tapping your toes and your heart smiling. They are truly amazing! Directly following the concert will be light refreshments and desserts to enjoy. The Dementia Choir is proudly sponsored by Mercy Care.
