Empowering the Next Generation of Women in Aviation & STEAM

ElevateHer Flight & STEAM Day is a hands-on, high-impact experience designed to introduce girls and young women, especially those from underserved and underrepresented communities, to careers in aviation and STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Math).

Hosted by the Urban Aviators Society, this one-day immersive event exposes participants to real pilots, aviation professionals, engineers, and STEAM leaders, giving them the chance to see themselves in careers they may never have considered.
