Here are the event terms you agreed to: You agree to pay the fee in full, with the understanding that Elkton Fall Fest is a rain or shine event. You agree to comply with all rules and regulations governing Elkton Fall Fest. This form confirms you are the duly authorized representative of the undersigned company or organization, subscribe to and agree to all terms conditions and authorizations contained in this contract. Vendors and exhibitors agree to hold the Town of Elkton, Elkton Alliance, Inc. and its sponsors harmless from any and all liability arising out of vendors participation in Elkton Fall Fest. Elkton Alliance, Inc. and the Town of Elkton will not accept the responsibility for damage or injury to persons or property, including exhibits, merchandise, and vehicles, during Elkton Fall Fest.
