Ellas Outreach

Ellas Outreach is a peer run harm reduction organization in SE Portland. We offer supplies and support for safer drug use to an area of Portland that is lacking in these services. Every Monday we distribute free items like hygiene supplies, fentanyl test strips, wound care kits, narcan kits, clean needles, sharps containers, food, water, clothes and other winter weather gear.
