Help Us Name Mama Elsa's Adorable Puppies - Support Their Care!

We’re thrilled to introduce Mama Elsa and her litter of five male puppies, who are now safe in foster care with us, having come all the way from a shelter in Texas! Join us in a fun fundraiser to name these ADORABLE 8-week old pups and support their journey with Underhound Railroad.

How It Works:

Every $10 donation gives you one entry into our naming contest. With your donation, tell us the five boy names starting with E that you think would be the perfect fit for the puppies. (As an example, if you donate $40, you will get 4 chances to be the winner of the drawing. The winner of the drawing gets to name the puppies!)
You can tell us which name you want to go to which puppy (see numbered photo below), or you can let the foster decide that and just tell us five names.
When you make your donation, it will prompt you to enter your name choices. You also have an option to post a public message and are welcome to post your name choices there (it's fun to share with everyone!).
Donation cutoff is Saturday August 24th at 11:45 PM. We’ll randomly draw the winner on Sunday August 25th and announce the puppy names as soon as possible after!

Your participation directly impacts the lives of dogs in need, helping us provide essential medical care and find them loving forever homes.

Underhound Railroad was formed in 2009 and over the years has helped hundreds of dogs find safe and loving forever homes.

With our focus on rural areas in North and South Carolina, where shelters are overflowing with abandoned dogs waiting to find rescue, our network of Underhound volunteers work hard to prevent undeserved deaths, see that medical, emotional, and behavioral needs are tended to, and provide transportation as well as a loving foster family to the pups on their journey to finding their forever homes! Many of our dogs find their home in Maine, where we have a network of volunteers, foster and adoptive homes just waiting to welcome these pups with open arms.
