Direct Retreat Costs: $5,000
- Meals, Beverages & Refreshments (3 meals/day for 20 people for 10 days): $2,200
- Utilities (electricity, water, etc.): $400
- Program Equipment (audio, video): $300
- Camping Supplies (tents, sleeping bags, outdoor materials): $400
- Cleaning Supplies (disinfectants, paper towels, trash bags): $150
- Closing Juneteenth Celebration (final meal, decorations, etc.): $350
- Event Insurance (liability coverage for participants): $800
- Safety Supplies (first aid kits, masks, tests, sanitizers): $200
- Reserve Fund for Contingencies (unexpected costs): $200

- Teacher/Staff Stipends: $2,500
- Facility Use & Maintenance: $1,500
- Scholarship Fund (for those unable to pay full price): $2,000
