Being able to practice with the Sangha has truly helped me to see the truth of all things as they truly are, practicing has helped me to see the areas within myself that needs still need to be uprooted.
The sangha has taught me to consistently release the self centered aspect of living, and instead consider the entire collective experience, that not one experience is an isolated event but that is , indeed a shared experience.
Practicing has taught me and continue to teach me deep compassion, and the importance of inner standing, and applying the wisdom of the Dharma, and carrying in my heart and intentions, in my day to day to experiences moment by moment.
Within each breath, within each thought , within each response, during each sit I am reminded of this truth, and grounded with it.
I’m always, in all ways, allowing radical love to be the answer, radical compassion, radical deep looking , mostly to hold the self that I’m birthing more accountable to what the spirit of the heart and mother earth has been communicating for years.
As well as to truly hold space through stillness for those who don’t have the luxury of sitting down and being still.
Sangha has taught me to embrace and see the vulnerability in myself and others , sangha has taught me that there is truly no separation , and if only if we could take a moment we too would see ourselves in every living being .
