Emboldly
50% by 2050—that’s our vision. We’re on a mission to promote 1.5 million women and non-binary individuals into leadership positions by 2050, ensuring true parity in the workplace.
Right now, women make up 48% of entry-level roles but only 28% of C-suite positions. The biggest challenge? The ‘broken rung’—women struggle to get that first step up to manager, leaving them behind for future leadership roles.
At Emboldly, we tackle this issue head-on by providing:
โ
Skills-based leadership training for young professionals through our Emboldly Fellowship and Recruiting Bootcamp
โ
Mentorship and networking opportunities to accelerate career growth through our virtual and in-person programming
โ
Workplace solutions to ensure women and non-binary individuals thrive in leadership
โ
Media and narrative shaping around women in leadership
Why Your Donation Matters
Running a nonprofit takes resources—from securing venues and developing programs to funding technology and outreach efforts. We are fully run by amazing pro-bono volunteers who also have 9-5 jobs and are in between roles. Your donation directly supports Emboldly’s programming like our four-month Fellowship, Recruiting Bootcamp, and our in-person events! This will allow us to create better programming, reach more women globally, and make these resources 100% accessible and free.
Your contribution helps us:
๐ข Host in-person and virtual events and workshops that equip women with the skills to lead
๐ก Expand our mentorship and leadership programs
๐ Develop research-backed workplace solutions to support gender equity
๐ป Maintain our digital platform and create valuable career resources
To keep this movement going, we need your support. Your donation fuels our ability to expand programs, host events, and create the resources needed to break barriers for the next generation of leaders.
๐ Join us in making leadership parity a reality. Thank you so much for your generosity-- we are so grateful for whatever you are able to give!
