Give to Embrace Monroe

Four friends got together and said someone should create an LGBTQ+ group for Monroe, MI. Then we realized... we are someone(s). And guess what? We did it!  But the bottom line is this: Monroe needed a place for LGBTQ+ and allies to feel more than just tolerated by their neighbors. We want to feel valuable and EMBRACED by the community in Monroe...hence the name, Embrace Monroe. 

Now we've got a fancy 501(c)(3) and a creative, dedicated board that's looking to make Michigan better for everyone. Since those first meetings we've grown to include various groups and meet ups on a monthly basis and, with support like you're doing now, large annual events for LGBTQ+ folks and those who support us. It's an exciting time and we're happy you're on this journey with us.
