I joined Angela’s Emily’s Hope mission at the beginning, by founding Emily’s Hope Poker Run. Our 5th run is June 24, 2023 beginning at J&L Harley Davidson. I came to know Angela when she did a series of stories about my father in 2017, “Forgotten Soldier of the Forgotten War.” This resulted in his receiving his Purple Heart. Supporting Angela in her brave, loving fight against opioid addiction disease is my mission now too. I have not met a braver person than Angela. Please help me pay it forward. She has done so much for our communities as a former KELO LAND TV Anchor and investigative reporter, and now leading the fight to ensure other Mother’s are spared the unimaginable loss she experienced. The loss of her beautiful daughter Emily to fentanyl poisoning. Faith, Love and Courage.
