Endemic is a village research, design, and development non-profit. We are a movement that enriches a range of initiatives to facilitate the transition from alienated to sacred societies. We achieve this through cultivating citizen talent, focusing on community-centric development planning and design, and conducting research and development in civic tech for better insight and coordination. Endemic is a thought partner in the following activities. Each call we clarify the deliverables for the following two weeks and make progress based on the complexity of the situations and the process required for the client to come to a confident, roughly comprehensive first draft of their vision.

Help clarify vision and what it is in service to
Define core milestones on the path to achieving the vision
Assess locally available material resources and the ecology’s needs
Identify potential economic models for the community as a whole and requisite industries
Define the intended culture of the community
Clarify ideal physical structures, energy, materials, etc
Assess local zoning, development plans, and tax laws
Develop personas to serve the cultural and economic vision
Profile partners that can collaborate towards the vision, determine high-level development costs
