Ben Artemenko's Story

The Lord has blessed me beyond measure in countless ways that I often take for granted. The foremost of those is freedom. There is a brutal reality of slavery in this world that for most of us just stays out of sight and thus out of mind. I have been saved in Christ Jesus and thus the same spirit who raised Him from the dead now lives in me, and the Bible also tells us that wherever the Spirit of the Lord is, there is freedom. As followers of Christ we are called to spread the light of this freedom wherever we go. We are raising funds so that not only these people carrying the heavy burden of slavery would be physically freed, but far more importantly, they would find the true source of freedom, life, and hope in Jesus. -Ben

End it Ruck exists to shine a light on modern day slavery and raise funds to combat it. We ruck through the night to represent the weight those in modern day slavery are carrying in darkness, then we finish shortly after sunrise to shine a light on the modern day injustice. We travel a marathon distance to celebrate a victory at the end of a long and arduous journey. Many, mostly women and children, suffer alone and the time is now for our generation to take action. Join us as we decide to do something about this one thing instead of nothing about everything.
