Every day in the United States, 43 children are newly diagnosed with pediatric cancer. Worldwide, this number is estimated at a staggering 800 children per day. While many of these children are able to achieve remission, 3 out of 5 will suffer from chronic secondary health conditions as a result of current treatment methods. Additionally, there are still too many pediatric cancers without available cures.

Our mission at the Enzo & Me Pediatric Cancer Foundation is to fund cutting-edge pediatric cancer research to find better treatments and cures for all pediatric cancers, as well as promote the professional education of primary care pediatricians to improve early diagnosis and treatment. Thanks to the generosity of individuals and groups like you, we can move closer to these goals every day!

Believe it or not, less than 7% of federal funding for cancer research in the United States is directed towards pediatric cancers. The major breakthroughs in pediatric cancer treatments available today have come because of private funding of kind-hearted people like you through non-profit organizations like Enzo & Me. We firmly believe that every child should have the opportunity to live a long and fulfilling life, and not one family should be told there is no available treatment because pediatric cancer is “rare.”

We so appreciate every donation that we receive as we know that it could be that one extra dollar that makes the difference in a pediatric cancer treatment breakthrough.
