Ethnography demands a focus on equity. EPIC Equity Council programs advance equity within our community and create ​collaborative ​space​s​ to ​embed equity within our work. With your support, we can:

* Fund the EPIC Fellowship program, "Cultivating Equity-Centered Leaders"

* Reduce financial barriers to participation in EPIC courses, conference, and membership

* Advance the quality and impact of our field by supporting a more diverse and equitable community
