Equines & Equality

Hosted by Lauren Ellerman Benefiting ERA Coalition Forward

Friday, October 2, 2026 | 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM Location provided upon RSVP

Join us for an evening at the intersection of two passions — horses and equality. Equines & Equality brings together friends and supporters for an intimate evening in support of the fight to secure the Equal Rights Amendment as the 28th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution.

About the ERA

First introduced in Congress in 1923, the Equal Rights Amendment guarantees that the rights afforded under the Constitution apply equally to all people regardless of sex. Nearly a century later, the fight for full constitutional recognition continues — and every event like this one brings that recognition closer.

Your gift helps power the public education work of ERA Coalition Forward — a 501(c)(3) organization leading a national network of 300+ partner organizations working to advance constitutional equality through research, education, and public engagement.

About ERA Coalition

ERA Coalition is the advocacy engine driving the campaign to secure the Equal Rights Amendment as the 28th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution. The ERA has already been ratified by 38 states — what remains is formal recognition and publication, not further ratification. ERA Coalition leads a national network of over 300 partner organizations engaged in direct advocacy, legislative strategy, and public accountability efforts to finish that work.
