Help Us End Enthusiastic Sobriety Abuse

Enthusiastic Sobriety Abuse Alliance, Inc. (ESAAlliance) is a volunteer based, survivor-lead nonprofit organization. Our mission is to spread awareness of the patterns of abuses in Enthusiastic Sobriety Teen Drug and Alcohol Rehab Programs in order to protect potential families from years of abuse.

We are collecting complaints from survivors and current members to report abuses and ethical violations to local governmental oversight agencies and state addiction counseling licensing boards. We also strive to provide support resources and cult information to our Enthusiastic Sobriety Survivor community.

ESAAlliance is entirely volunteer based. We aim to keep the operating cost of our organization low; and primarily funded through our Board of Directors dues.

Our mission is simple, close these fraudulent and abusive programs and hold them accountable to their actions. If you would like to help us cover some of our expenses to expedite our mission, we would put your contributions to these efforts.

+Encrypted Dropbox Service: For $15 a month subscription, we can host an anonymous and encrypted dropbox for survivors to submit testimonies, photos, videos and other forms of evidence.

+Canva, Zoom & other operating expenses: ESAAlliance utilizes a few different professional applications to enable us to operate effectively. Canva allows us to create our social media posts, logos, and data formats from our Anonymous Mass Complaint Form. Our Zoom account is utilized for ESAAlliance Monthly Board Meetings and to connect with survivors to discuss advocacy work and support.

+Ad Promotions: Our success is largely due to our social media presence where survivors and parents have been contacting us, creating a community and spreading awareness. These ads will be utilized on Google, Instagram and Facebook

+Website & Workspace Renewal: ESAAlliance's website is maintained through squarespace and utilizes Google Workspace for emails, drive storage, and our many different survivor forms, including the Anonymous Mass Complaint Form

+Legal Representation: The Board of Directors is the primary decision making body for the ESAAlliance Nonprofit Organization. When needed, we look to professionals for guidance to make sure we are protected and serving our survivor community ethically and legally. We also hire representation when corresponding directly or indirectly with Enthusiastic Sobriety Programs, such as responding to their multiple cease and desist letters.

+Nonprofit Insurance: The Volunteer Protection Act is a federal law that protects volunteers against allegations of harm. It’s a law that provides limited immunity for volunteers who don’t receive compensation beyond reimbursement of other expenses. The Volunteer Protection Act doesn’t necessarily cover directors and officers of nonprofit organizations from all actions and decisions in the course of their duties. It also doesn’t cover the cost of defense. Directors and officers insurance is the best tool for nonprofits to protect against unforeseen allegations of harm.

Enthusiastic Sobriety Abuse Alliance, Inc. is currently applying for 501(c)(3) status. At this time, donations are not tax deductible. We will announce our 501(c)(3) status once approved. All of our efforts are completely volunteer based.

Together we can end Enthusiastic Sobriety Abuse. Please donate to the Enthusiastic Sobriety Abuse Alliance so we may better our efforts to close these programs once and for all.
