Small businesses are the heart of our economy, yet they are so much more. Behind every business is brilliance, courage, innovation, family, and heart. It is an ordinary human who is doing something extraordinary, and if given the opportunity, could change their community and perhaps the world.

This is why everything we do is to assure small business owners have everything they need to achieve sustainable success in their business.

WHO IS ESC:

The Entrepreneurial Success Consortium (ESC) is a gathering of industry leaders, change-makers, and business experts who got together on the curiosity of what would happen if we put all of our passions and knowledge about running a business into one package that businesses can tap into to boost their success. From our collective brainstorming sessions, the ESC program was born.

About the Program

THE IMPACT:

Data from the BLS shows that approximately 20% of new businesses fail during the first two years of being open, 45% during the first five years, and 65% during the first 10 years. Only 25% of new businesses make it to 15 years or more. These statistics are not due to the lack of effort, hard work, or access to available information. We are addressing the core problems leading to business failure rates to achieve business sustainability and longevity.

With small business at the heart of our economy, helping businesses owners succeed will result in the success not only to the individuals behind the small business, but also to all of the lives in their communities.

Our passion, philosophy, and unique approach is what makes this a much needed solution to sustainable success. Here is what that looks like:

There are three cores to building any successful business:

1. Business Development: Following a proven life cycle stage model which breaks down the sequence of all necessary steps to have a sustainably successful business.

2. Personal Development: Providing personal support in the 8 dimensions of wellness: physical, intellectual, emotional, social, spiritual, vocational, financial, and environmental.

3. Community Development: Building the business into the community and building community give back as part of the business model. This ensures a self-sustaining ecosystem that allows the community to prosper exponentially as the number of sustainably successful businesses increases.

Most business owners focus only on business development. Our experience has shown us that personal and community development typically reside behind the scene. Even though they are equally important, they generally receive little to no attention.

A focus on all three development cores, combined with a working structure that allows you to take the next step in your business, will give business owners the sustainability and success they have been seeking all along.

THE ACCELERATOR:

While we deliver great content, events, and resources to serve business owners, we have so much more to offer. We have created the ESC Accelerator and Coaching Program to ensure sustainable success for all small businesses.

Our goal is to provide an opportunity for thousands of businesses to take part in these powerhouse programs that will cover EVERYTHING a business needs to see exponential growth.

We need your help:

Our goal is to have these programs and resources available to all business owners who are ready to achieve success and sustainability in their business. If a business owner is committed to prioritizing themselves, their community, and the longevity of their business, we want to make sure we have sponsorship funding available to give them access to everything they need to reach their goal.

While there are many companies willing to help by providing funding, we know money alone does not solve the problem. In fact, more often than not, it leaves the business owner worse off than before, just like 70% of lottery winners ending up bankrupt.

Our program allows the sponsorship dollars to be used in a structured and tested way to ensure that the business has its foundation filled in, brand built out, processes automated, legal infrastructure up to date, and marketing on point. All that while the business owners have what they need for their own well being and personal development and are able to serve their community as their business grows.

The BIG Ask

ESC needs to raise a total of $8,000 to cover the cost of attending a sponsorship program. Participating in this 90 day intensive training will provide us with the strategies, resources, and connections we need to arrange multi-year, multi-million dollar contracts with sponsors to help hundreds of thousands of businesses to achieve sustainable success.

With our efforts alone, we have been able to achieve a lot for this program. However, in order to truly realize our vision of helping all small business owners who choose sustainability, we need to seek education and support for our team from tested processes and trusted experts. This will assure the true impact we intend as a long term solution to small business legacies and the betterment of our economy.
