The Estate Management Network's mission is to Cultivate, Educate, Evaluate, and Advocate for the professional Estate Management community. 

Cultivation, by facilitating relationships among professionals and supporting career growth;

Education, by creating and promoting learning opportunities and improving industry standards;

Evaluation, by conducting research, establishing best practices, and certifying experience and education; and

Advocacy, by raising the industry's profile, promoting professional recognition, and pursuing fair compensation for private service professionals.
