White Mountain Community Health Center fosters community-wide health through quality and compassionate services. We offer primary care, dental care, sexual & reproductive healthcare, substance use disorder treatment, behavioral health, dietician care services, a teen clinic, and care coordination. We’re committed to making sure everyone in our community can access high-quality, compassionate, individualized healthcare.

This summer, we are launching a campaign to modernize our Ethernet wiring. It’s not glamorous, but it’s important. Our wiring is old and patched together, and that makes it slow and unreliable. This slows down appointments when electronic charts won’t load, bogs down administrative tasks like referrals and medication refills, and interferes with video telehealth appointments, forcing providers to waste precious time troubleshooting.

Our providers need to be able to focus on the most important thing: their patients. We’re embarking on a big project to modernize our communications systems so things run more smoothly. The first step is rewiring the Ethernet in our building. Half the cost has been generously funded through a Kendal C. and Anna Ham Foundation grant. For the remaining half, the NH Electric Co-op has offered us a challenge grant – once we raise $10,000, they’ll match it, fully funding the Ethernet rewiring project.

Help us reach this $10,000 goal! All funds donated will be matched by the challenge grant once we reach $10,000. Our NH Gives Day donors got us off to a good start - thank you so much to everyone who donated that day. Now we have until August to get all the way to $10,000.

Thank you for helping us modernize our communications systems! Funding this project will help us operate more efficiently, with less technological troubleshooting, allowing our staff to keep their focus on patient care.

Any funding we raise beyond this goal will go towards the next steps in modernizing our communications system: implementing a Voice Over Internet Protocol (VOIP) phone system and fiber internet. This will give patients more immediate access to staff working remotely, such as our triage nurse, and make video telehealth work more consistently.
