Solutions for a Thriving World

The Libertas Institute is an independent 501(c)3 research institute aimed at the research and development of ideas and solutions that optimize human wellness, progress, and potential.

We identify pressing social issues, then collaborate to design and test practical solutions. Our current initiatives include:

1. Divorce Solutions - Improving the experience and outcomes for families navigating the US family court system. In 2023 we launched two pilot programs: An AI text analytics platform providing insight and oversight in co-parent communications. And an innovative mediation approach facilitating mediated solutions while reducing cost, conflict, and litigation.
2. Liberty Labs - Aggregating and translating interdisciplinary research into practical resources and recommendations that empower human flourishing.
3. The MTHR Project – Utilizing blockchain technology and decentralized economic systems to tackle inequality and make homeownership attainable for all.
