Hosted in honor of Community RX Help’s 25th anniversary, this awards banquet recognizes the outstanding healthcare professionals who make a profound impact across Nacogdoches, Angelina, Shelby, and San Augustine counties.

Guests will enjoy a full-course meal, including a complimentary drink and dessert, along with an unforgettable night of live entertainment. The evening will feature inspiring award presentations, community recognition, and special moments that spotlight the individuals and organizations working every day to strengthen the health of East Texas.
