Join us for festive refreshments, warm community connection, and an inspiring program that showcases the history and impact of our Street Outreach work. TFS Street Outreach Specialists provide street-based assessment, case management, referrals, and emergency survival supplies to individuals experiencing unsheltered homelessness—meeting people where they are, offering hope, and linking them to vital support.

Michael’s compassion and unwavering commitment served as the cornerstone of our outreach efforts, and this room will stand as a permanent testament to his legacy.
