The 10-27 Birthday Challenge campaign is a campaign to raise funds to provide support for patients, caregivers, and families coping with Colorectal Cancer. This campaign runs for the entire month of October in order to remember and honor our Angelic Warrior, Angelica “Angel” Duggins who was diagnosed with Stage IV Colorectal Cancer at the young age of 29. Angel, who was a very compassionate and giving young lady, maintained her spirit of compassion and giving throughout her battle with CRC. Even during her ordeal, she talked to her family about starting a nonprofit to help other cancer patients who didn’t have the family or financial support that she had. In her honor, her family fulfilled her desires and founded the Angelic Warrior Foundation in order to spread awareness about Colorectal Cancer, Young Onset/ Early Onset (diagnosis before age 45), and to provide the financial and emotional support that patients, caregivers, and families need in order to thrive.
