Help Us Provide New Books for Post-Adjudication Programs (Ages 11–17)

The Henry Wade Juvenile Justice Center works with young people ages 11-17 who have been referred to our programs because of significant behavioral challenges. Many of these youth are facing the most difficult moments of their lives—and yet, every day presents a chance to rebuild, reconnect, and reimagine their futures.

One of the most important things is that our kids learn to love reading as it is such a massive predictor of future success. We believe it is a key part of reducing youth recidivism, keeping our youth in school, and aiding in their long-term goals.”
