The Grand Valley High School wrestling program is growing. This year, along with 23 boys, we will have two girls kicking of GVHS's very first girl's program. Combine the girl's program with more JV boys than at any time in the last 8 years and one of our strongest varsity squads in many years, we will be busy.

That's where we are blessed to have such amazing supporters. Because of your giving, this year we have hired Wrestling Mindset- a class that every wrestler and coach will be taking. It includes a mindset coach, worksheets, reading, mental exercises, and more.

Along with improving our mental game, we still want to improve the technical aspects of wrestling as well. This fundraiser will help offset the cost of Wrestling Mindset, as well as help send wrestlers to camp next summer.

This year our team went to the Rocky Mountain Wrestling Camp at Western Colorado and it was awesome. We grew as a team, improved technically, had exposure with a great college wrestling program, and grew in confidence.
