What started nearly 20 years ago as a small, local effort to encourage kids to play multiple sports has grown into a global movement. Today, 2-4-1 CARE is a nonprofit organization dedicated to making sure all kids — regardless of background — have access to high-quality, play-based sports programs that support physical, emotional, and social development.

Last summer, wee served over 3,000 children in Connecticut alone — and thousands more through our growing programs in places like Charlotte, Denver, Boulder, and Vancouver, as well as internationally in Zambia and Kenya.

But we can’t do it without our community.

When you become a 2-4-1 sponsor, your support helps fund camp scholarships (camperships) for families in need and allows us to expand year-round and summer programs in and around Hartford and other under-resourced communities.
