FAFO (Fight Against Fascism Organization) is a grassroots movement built on one simple belief: power belongs to the people.

We launched our first public action on April 28, 2025, in Washington, DC with the Rally Against Fascism: Honoring and Preserving Our Military History. What began as a small in-person gathering quickly reached thousands online and made clear that people were searching for ways to stand up, get involved, and defend their communities.

Since then, FAFO has continued to organize, mobilize, educate, and show up where it matters most. We work to challenge authoritarianism, protect democratic values, support community action, and remind those in power that they are not above the people they serve.

Our work includes community organizing, public actions, rapid response mobilization, political education, digital outreach, and building networks of everyday people ready to take action when communities are threatened.

Like many grassroots organizations, much of our work has been powered by volunteers and personal out-of-pocket contributions. Your support helps us sustain the tools and infrastructure that make this work possible, including our website, communication platforms, organizing tools, travel, outreach materials, and operational costs.
