Family Success Program
Volunteer mentors (Family Liaisons) trained in Mobility Mentoring support their family partner in creating and achieving goals towards long-term stability.
Educational workshops are held monthly to provide tools and resources to help families achieve their goals.
Essential support through cleaning supplies, toiletries, Holiday meals and gifts, school supplies, and $1,000 in financial assistance.
S.T.E.P.S. Program
Covers living expenses for Family Success Program graduates as they go back to school full-time to complete their GED and post-secondary degree/certificate.
Weekend Food Pack Program
Provides packs of child-accessible food to children at our partner Title I elementary schools who are living in food insecure homes.
