We facilitate family connection or reconnection for those who have become estranged from their kinship family.
We provide transition services in the form of customized life skills training and purpose-driven life planning workshops to help prepare youth and young adults for independent living.
We create life books for children and youth in care who have lost connection to their birth family to help them reconnect to their past in a healthy way.
