About the Color Run & Family Fun Day!

Family Fun Day and Color Run is happening on Sunday, June 1 at 11:00am! This exciting, family-friendly event is all about celebrating fitness, school spirit, and the power of community.

Our students will be collecting donations from friends and family, earning fun rewards based on their fundraising efforts, and then lacing up for a colorful race/walk filled with energy and joy!

This year, student fundraising will go directly toward enhancing our campus playground—creating a more engaging and inspiring outdoor space for all to enjoy. Every dollar raised supports meaningful programs and improvements that make VBS Day School a place where students thrive.

Tickets are required to attend the event. Your ticket includes access to the Color Run, games, activities, and a delicious BBQ lunch. This year’s activity lineup includes:

Carnival-style games: Can Smash, Duck Hunt, Ring Toss, Bowl n Roll, Balloon Pop, Clown Knockout, Megawire, and more
Action stations: Triple Threat Sports Game, Velcro Soccer Target, Soccer Goalie Challenge, Basketball Game
A 20-ft Rock Climb & Slide
Craft Station: Decorate your own bucket hat or fanny pack
Airbrush Tattoo Station
Concessions: Popcorn, Cotton Candy, Snow Cones, Fruit Cart, and BBQ lunch

Tickets are required to attend the event. Each ticket includes student participation in the Color Run, access to carnival games and activities, and a BBQ lunch.

All sponsorships include event admission for a family of 4 (a $144 value).

Register Your Student for Their Grade Team

Each grade has its own fundraising team!

Click on "Join a Team" above to either log in (using the same account from last year) or create a new account. Follow the prompts to complete the process.

When you reach the question, “Which team would you like to join?” be sure to select the grade level of the child you are registering or logging in as.

Each student will set their own fundraising goal and create a personal story about why they’re raising funds. This is a great opportunity for them to share what they love about VBS Day School and why improving our campus playground matters to them!

Note: If you’re registering multiple students, you’ll need to create an account for each student and use a different email address for each account.

Students will get to choose one awesome prize from the category that matches how much they raise—the more you raise, the bigger the reward!

Prize categories start at $200 and go all the way up to $10,000, with options like:

Cat Paw Squishies, Pokémon cards, and fidget spinners
Squishmallows, Nerf toys, and mini karaoke machines
AirPods Pro, iPads, 3D pens, drones, and even a PlayStation 5
Raise $10,000 and earn a gift card to purchase four Disneyland 1-Day Tickets!

Bonus Prize: The top 3 fundraisers will become VBSDS pros for a day—with special roles like Nurse Lizzie, Coach Obed, and Molly, our front desk receptionist!

Top Team Prize: The fundraising team that raises the most will celebrate with a Menchie’s party!
