Food is Medicine! We are a nationally recognized nonprofit health and wellness provider serving Fairfield County. The popular Farmers Market we host every Wednesday from June to Thanksgiving is open to the public. What sets us apart is our patient-only program that stretches the fresh food dollar and purchasing power of patient households struggling to make ends meet. This program is 100% funded by your donations and small grants. Our patients rely on us and we rely on you to to continue providing access to healthy foods to our patients, regardless of income.
